Culinary Tourism in Macau

Culinary Macau seems heavily influenced  by Portuguese cuisine with a touch of chinese food, seen from the names of his trademark  nuanced  cuisine  Portuguese. One of them is Pastéis de nata (Portuguese Egg Tart), form a mini puff pastry crisp with soft custard filling of milk and egg yolk batter.

Egg tart can be obtained easily in a few stores scattered in Macau, myself and friends had tried artificial egg tart Koi Kei Bakery, located right in front of the ruins of St Paul's Cathedral. Sold for six dollars in Hong Kong, the egg tart is a typical well-known confectionary Macau to try when you travel to get there.

I myself have never tasted, but many argue that Galinha à Portuguesa (Portuguese-style Chicken), Galinha à Africana (African-style Chicken), Caldo Verde (Portuguese Green Soup), Minchi, and Pork Chop Bun is a wealth of culinary Macau.

If you have an interest in history, photography, architecture and town planning, the choice of Macau can be your next destination. Oh yes, also if you like gambling, of course.
